1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and crikej ("crikej", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at crikej.net and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on crikej, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the crikej platform.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use crikej, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. crikej does not permit account registration or gameplay by any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and continued use of the platform.
• You are acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a crikej employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from the crikej platform or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment when registering, depositing, or placing bets.

1.2 Acceptance of Updates

crikej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active crikej account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identification documents, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number (registered in your own name), and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times by notifying support at [email protected] of any changes.

2.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, crikej requires all account holders to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedure. KYC involves submitting a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested at crikej's discretion.

Accounts with incomplete KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds. crikej is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions. Deliberately submitting falsified identity documents is a criminal matter and will be reported to relevant authorities.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

crikej accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by crikej, however your mobile wallet provider may impose their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your crikej account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation.

All funds deposited into your crikej account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your crikej account, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crikej targets a processing window of 15–60 minutes for verified accounts on standard withdrawal requests, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

crikej reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or bonus abuse. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been approved and submitted to the payment processor.

3.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on crikej are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. You will never be charged foreign exchange fees on any transaction conducted through the crikej platform using supported BDT payment methods.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

crikej offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, or in certain cases to the combined deposit and bonus amount. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

4.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and video poker titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Certain game titles may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The contribution rates applicable to each game category are published in the bonus terms for each individual promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to low-variance wagering, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. crikej reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel pending withdrawals funded by bonus winnings, and close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

4.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings derived from free spin or no-deposit bonus play is capped at ৳5,000 per promotion. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the player's account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on crikej are final once confirmed. A bet is deemed confirmed when the platform issues a bet confirmation reference number. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet — including the event, selection, stake amount in ৳, and odds — before confirming. crikej will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances described in section 5.3 below.

5.2 Odds & Payouts

Odds displayed on the crikej sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet. Winnings are credited to your account balance in BDT ৳ automatically upon settlement of the relevant event.

5.3 Void Bets

crikej reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a market is offered in error due to a technical fault; the odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement due to a manifest error; or the bet was placed after the actual start time of the event in question. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on crikej are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. crikej acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the operation of the RNG or the underlying game logic, which remains under the control of the respective game studio.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, the game round will be completed by the game server in accordance with the game studio's own disconnect policy. Any winnings generated by a completed round during a disconnection will be credited to your crikej account balance normally.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using crikej, you agree to conduct yourself in good faith at all times and to refrain from any activity that could harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming and betting markets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account on the crikej platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion with other players, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any technology to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity or using crikej for any form of money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward crikej support staff or other players.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access credentials to any other person.

crikej monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, crikej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void bets and bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation. Where illegal activity is suspected, crikej will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your crikej account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn in full. crikej will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receipt. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion process described in section 7.3 may be more appropriate.

7.2 Suspension by crikej

crikej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; KYC documents submitted are determined to be falsified; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to crikej or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, crikej reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through their account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not receive any promotional communications from crikej. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikej shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if crikej has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

crikej makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. crikej will not be held liable for bets or game sessions lost due to such unavailability.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. crikej is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity on the platform. 8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which crikej operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the crikej support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant forum for resolution of any dispute.
